Some of my clients contact me with a specific project in mind. But most come to me with a problem - so I start by getting to know the business.
The first time we meet, I'll spend an hour or so looking at where you are now and where you want to be. It's a free consultation, and a chance to identify issues and problems in the system, including your strengths in sales & marketing and your operational capabilities.
Following this, I'll deliver an initial proposal, outlining fees and a broad strategy designed to deliver your business goals.
Once you're happy to go ahead, I'll explore the business in full, liaising with management and key personnel. I'll get to know your company, your customers and the marketplace and then produce a full strategic plan.
