How We Work...

We are flexible, innovative and will collaborate with you to adapt proven methods to fit into your company culture.

We like to arrange an initial consultation so we can get a basic understanding of your particular business situation. This meeting, which is free and usually lasts about an hour, will enable us to generate an initial business proposal, together with a fee quotation.

Each proposal is completely bespoke, based on your particular business needs. Once our quotation is accepted, we begin work on a full diagnosis. A second meeting is arranged which should include key people in the business and will ensure that our recommendations are based on an in depth understanding of your organisation, customers and market.

All businesses are unique, so please don't hesitate to talk to us about other, more specific projects that might fall outside the above process.
